Rumenco manufacture prepared feeds for farm animals, so this project required a process temperature maintenance system to keep the process pipework operating efficiently for years to come. ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to achieve the required temperature of +72°C on steel pipework containing product.

Wellcome Trust, Genome Campus

Set in the idyllic grounds of the Hinxton Hall estate the campus plays host to scientific research, courses and conferences. Here we supplied and installed a 240 volt H2OWAT65 trace heating system. The system was designed to temperature maintain the hot water service pipework at +65°C.

ESH were contracted to provide trace heating to 4 large pumps to maintain the temperature at +20°C. To achieve this we supplied and installed our 45w/m high temperature self regulating heating tape along with custom made insulation heating jackets.

Skipton WWTW

ESH were contract to design, supply and install a relativity simple frost protection system to external pipework, in which we installed our type FBT self regulating heating cable.  

Wardle High School, Rochdale

Supplied and installed type WinterTrace constant wattage heating tape to frost protect the schools sprinkler pipework. The trace heating system was double traced and monitored using our TracePro monitoring unit.

11 Westferry Circus, London

11 Westferry Circus is a 11 floor office building in the Canary Wharf development in London. Here ESH were contracted to establish the condition of the existing trace heating circuit by carrying out electrical testing and to supply and install a new section of trace heating to extend the current system to provide frost protection to the pipework.

Able Engineering, Derbyshire

ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to provide temperature maintenance of +85°C to a large vessel in a minimum ambient temperature of -10°C.

The tank itself was 2.9m in height, 1.8m wide and in order to maintain the desired temperature we used over 120m of our VCBOJ12 constant wattage tape, wrapped around the vessel sides and base.

Purity Brewery, Warwickshire

At this independent award winning brewery, ESH supplied and installed a 240 volt trace heating system to provide frost protection to external pipework in a ambient temperature of -20°C.

Able Engineering, Swadlincote

ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a trace heating system to maintain the temperature of a large tank (1.8m Ø x 2.9m) at +85°C. To achieve the required specifications, type VCBOJ12/2 constant wattage heating tape was installed along with 50mm mineral wool insulation.

Arla Dairy's, Alesbury

ESH supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to both plastic and steel pipework. For this job we used both VCBOJ12/2 and SCBX20/2 constant wattage tape.

The Bishop Of Winchester Academy, Bournemouth

A well as our installation project at this Academy, ESH also supplied a large number of ready to install / factory terminated heating tapes for installation on site by the thermal insulation contractors.
