This ongoing project has seen ESH supply and install over 1.5km of frost protection heating cable to pipework as part of a high rise development of 309 homes, shops, office and a restaurant. Type VC constant wattage heating cable was utilised as part of our system design.

Lincoln College, University of Oxford

Part of the 32A Little Clarendon Street renovation project to provide new graduate student accommodation, ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to protect the external chilled water service pipework on the buildings roof. 

Wilton Centre, Redcar

ESH designed, supplied and installed an mineral insulated trace heating system for use within an Explosive Atmosphere at the Wilton Centre, Redcar. The system was required to temperature maintain process pipework.

Hull WWTW

ESH were contract to design, supply and install a set of removable insulation jackets to process pipework within this waste water treatment works.

Horiba Instruments, Northampton

ESH were asked to design and manufacture a number of high temperature heating tapes along with removable insulation heating jackets to prevent condensation within a vehicle exhaust analysis system.

Aston University, Birmingham

This short journey down the M6 saw ESH install a frost protection trace heating system to copper pipework associated with two chiller units. The system was designed using type VC constant wattage heating cable. 

Leadenhall Building, London

On this our second project within this fantastic 225m tall building, ESH design, supplied and installed a trace heating system to maintain the domestic hot water pipework at +55 degrees C. The system was designed using our type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating cable.

Ewer Street Student Accommodation, London

Within this state of the art student accommodation building, ESH designed and supplied materials, tools and labour to install a temperature maintenance trace heating system to the internal HWS pipework. Over 800 metres of self regulating heating tape was installed in total.

Pinderfields Hospital, Wakefield

Designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to temperature maintain the domestic hot water pipework at +55°C with a purge facility up to +65°C.

North Birmingham Academy

Within this brand new, modern looking academy, ESH provided frost protection to the air handling unit pipework within the external AHU compound. Type VC constant wattage heating cable was supplied and installed to prevent the pipework temperature dropping below 5°C.

For this retailing giant, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect two adjacent runs of chilled water pipework. Type VC constant wattage heating cable was installed.

Pitcher & Piano, Chester

This beautiful looking bar/restaurant required a frost protection trace heating system. ESH designed, supplied and install type VC constant wattage cable to both the drain and drip tray pipework in order to prevent ice formation.
