Sarum Academy, Salisbury
Within this modern academy, ESH were contracted to design, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to external metal pipework on top of the Academy's roof. The pipework comprised of over 200m of BCWS pipe and 25m of MCW pipe.

Walpole Anaerobic Digestion Plant, Bridgwater
This brand new plant is designed to process all food waste collected by Somerset Waste Partnership. Here we designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to pipework in both hazardous and none hazardous areas. Over 460m of heating tape was installed in total with 210m needing to be ATEX approved for use in a hazardous area.Furness Academy, Barrow-In-Furness
For this brand new Academy on the edge of the Lake District, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to perform the duty of frost protecting external chilled water pipework. Over 400 metres of ESH constant wattage heating cable was installed in total.

Bio Products Laboratory Ltd, Elstree
Within this new £60 million manufacturing facility BPL manufactures a wide range of plasma products. Our project involved maintaining caustic soda pipework at +15°C. The system was controlled using Type JBTR1 Thermostats which have a volt free relay facility for integration with a building management system.
Dagger Lane, Hertfordshire
For a governmental biological company, ESH supplied and installed a constant wattage trace heating system to provide frost protection to external water pipework. The system was designed using type VC heating cable.
