During the headquarters recent refurbishments, ESH designed, supplied and installed a simple self regulating frost protection trace heating system to steel pipework on the roof.
Supplied and installed a trace heating system for temperature maintenance of the HWS pipework at +55°C. Aluminium foil was also install to the plastic pipework prior to fitting the trace heating and the system was controlled using a HWAT-ECO controller.
Here we supplied and installed trace heating to perform the duty of frost protection to the 4" and 1" UPVC pipework, feeding into a large storage tank.
For this project ESH designed, supplied and installed both trace heating and thermal insulation to the schools undercroft area pipework in order to provide frost protection. The system was designed using our economy constant wattage heating cable WinterTrace.
Within this chemical company's manufacturing facility, ESH supplied and installed over 240m of type VC constant wattage heating cable along with phenolic thermal insulation to provide a frost protection system to external steel pipework.
For the hospitals new theatre rooms, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect external CHW pipework. The 125mm and 100mm NB steel pipework comprised of two sets of flow and return pipe between the building and the chillers.
