Within this large (6,000sqm) office building, ESH were contracted to design, supply and install two separate trace heating systems:
- System one was for the frost protection for the roof mounted BCWS pipework
- System two for the temperature maintenance of +55°C on the washroom pipework from the basement area up to the 6th floor
