After a successful project at the Quays Cineworld, ESH were back down to Gloucester to supply and install the following trace heating systems:
- A 240 volt trace heating system for the frost protection of cold water plastic and steel pipework
- A temperature maintenance system to the HWS pipework at +55°C in two wash room areas
This large scale housing development will provide 308 new flats and 20 mews houses to the Barnet area of London.
For this trace heating project, ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a frost protection system to the following pipework:
- 780m of BCWS pipe
- 330m of category 5 pipework
- 145m of cold water pipe (sizes ranged from 1" to 4" diameter)
Within the birthing pool area of the children's hospital, ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protecting trace heating system to the external LTHW pipework.
The project scope here was to supply and install a 240 volt trace heating systems to provide process temperature maintenance of +37°C to two runs of 50mm dia metal pipework containing fat.
ESH supplied and installed a duel trace heating system to maintain the pipework at a temperature of +60°C. The 5 runs of pipework were each installed with a primary and secondary system.
For this iconic luxury department store, ESH were contracted to designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to perform the duty of frost protection to the roof mounted heating and chilled water pipework.
For this project ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to provide frost protection to the external CWS pipework on the hospitals roof. Constant wattage heating cable type VC was installed throughout.
